Sweet baked cake (tang huoshao)

Sifted brown sugar is mixed with sesame sauce, sweet osmanthus and sesame oil, with sourdough and soda added, and spread over a flattened dough, which is then repeatedly rolled and lengthened, shaped into cakes, and baked in an oven.
