Baked cake with sesame sauce (majiang shaobing)

This usually serves as breakfast or is eaten with instant-boiled mutton. It has flour, sesame sauce and sesame as the major ingredients. It is golden in color, with sesame on one side. It is soft inside, with a crisp crust. When cut open, fifteen or sixteen layers with even thickness would be clearly visible on the cross-section. (by Zhu Kai)
